Are you looking for an opportunity to drive sales and create results in a dopamine cultured, contemporary fashion environment? We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our upcoming New York City store.


As a Store Manager at Chimi you will be responsible for leading the store in all aspects. From sales to profit, and the ascension of an active brand culture. You will drive sales, care for our customers, manage staff, visual merchandising, administration and inventory management. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering on target results and reports to the Vice President of CHIMI US and the Head of Retail.



The Role


  • Secure that the store hits sales targets and delivers an extraordinary customer experience


  • Actively care for our customers


  • Ensure that visual merchandising, stock levels and operational standards are reviewed and maintained to maximise sales and control costs


  • Achieve and exceed goals through planning, leadership and daily management of the store operations


  • Recruite, train, develop and motivate the team to reflect the Chimi brand values and optimise performance


  • Analyse, follow up and report sales figures and KPIs


  • Plan for and take appropriate actions based on the results


You will work in a development oriented fashion company, constantly in a high paced motion. You will build strong relationships with our customer base and deliver a superior experience. In a creative environment you will lead a team of active, playful, progressive and dedicated colleagues.



You


  • Have excellent adaptive communication skills to fit the audience.


  • Use feedback as a leadership tool


  • Have a proven background in retail with at least 2 years of experience in store management and leadership


  • Are passionate about fashion


  • Drive sales and create results


  • Have an understanding of KPIs, analytical of the performance to drive results


  • Are a role model to your team, and an ambassador for the Chimi brand


  • Are structured, well organised with the ability to delegate effectively and take decisions


  • Identify development possibilities to secure the right capabilities in your team, you are dedicated to motivating people and supporting their growth


  • Are fluent in English


  • Understand that the retail business require a flexible working schedule



The position is a full time employment in our upcoming New York City store.
