What you'll do
    • Activities based on in-depth knowledge and experience in one's own discipline

    • Resolve more complex problems; can take a new perspective on existing solutions/procedures
    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
    • May lead small projects or project steps within a broader project
    • Works independently with minimal guidance
    • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
    • Typically resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
    • Often leads the work of small project teams
    • May train junior staff
    • Works independently
What you'll need
    • 5+ years of experience leading UX research projects with demonstrated impact, handling all stages of research design (study design, test creation, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting).
    • 5+ years of experience with different research methods including: field research, usability, and survey design
    • BS in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Design Engineering or related discipline.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
    • Passion and capacity to advocate on behalf of our users.
    • Experience working in with geographically dispersed teams
    • User research or other experience from a technical field, such as software development, or with automotive industry
    • The ability to manage ambiguity, lead research efforts autonomously, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • You reside in Eastern Standard Time.
