In-store music does have a powerful impact on end-user attitudes and buying behaviors, and you can be part of this exciting, fast growing industry How You Will Make An Impact: Pandora CloudCover is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on acquiring new customers in the SMB and Enterprise segments. In this critical role, you will play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth targets by developing innovative marketing programs, optimizing our digital presence, and driving successful lead generation across various digital channels. To thrive in this position, you need a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and the ability to stay ahead of ever-evolving marketing trends. What you'll do: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to reach and convert SMB and Enterprise prospects. Create and manage a rich content calendar with engaging content (blog posts, white papers, eBooks, etc.) to attract qualified leads. Manage our SEO agency relationship, measure performance and goal setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines. Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms. A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets. Manage and build various vertical specific email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes for these segments to convert leads to customers through email, content, and social channels. Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action. Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to become customers. What you'll need: BA/BS or equivalent working experience. Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices. You are a problem solver with everything you develop to improve our site's experience and drive action.
