PCA Office Assistant
The Academy Office Assistant supports the Academy Office by maintaining parent communications, assisting the other office personnel, maintaining documentation for FACCS certifications, and coordinating Abeka tours and teacher meetings.
Maintain Parent Communications
Send out parent notes and school information electronically as requested by the Administrator. Schedule and send out any electronic communications dictated by the Academy Calendar.
Support the Academy Offices
In the absence of another office worker, cross train and assist in covering the Nurses, PCA Info, Enrollments, Payments, and Upper Office desks to ensure adequate service.
Maintain Documentation for Teacher Certifications
Document In-Service points for all PCA Faculty for FACCS Certification. Assist the Office Supervisor for approvals and submission.
Coordinate Abeka Tours and Teacher Meetings
Schedule tours and teacher meetings for visiting Abeka families. Maintain timely communications with families and teachers regarding confirmations and changes. Train high school students on how to conduct a Abeka tour. Give those tours in their absence.
