Someone with prior experience in AP and in financial services, especially working with high net worth individuals will do well.What Youll Actually Do:Process AP through Bill.com and QuickBooks Online.Check the Bill.com queue daily to code, process vendor credits, and manage approval process for bills.Enter the chart of accounts items, verify bank balances, and maintain a full understanding of the 1099/W9 process.Heavy communication with vendors to verify bank instructions, secure W9s, or confirm other pertinent information.Professional and prompt communication with high level clientele; white glove serviceTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:Advanced Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables)QuickBooks Online experience required, bill.com a plusMinimum of 5 years of AP experienceBachelors DegreeInter-company reconciliations experienceFull understanding of 1099s/W9sA polished and professional demeanorIt Would Be Brilliant If You Also HaveFamily office or financial services experienceWhere and How Much:Benefits include 401K match and employer-paid healthcare for employee & familyTarget salary: $66K - $75K plus bonus100% in office Cherry Creek for the first 6 months, then potential to go hybridParking providedCompany Description Founded in 2000, J2T Financial Recruiting has collaborated with clients of varying sizes to successfully create thriving and effective teams.
