 Why This Job – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Someone with prior experience in AP and in financial services, especially working with high net worth individuals will do well.
 
What You’ll Actually Do:

• Process AP through Bill.com and QuickBooks Online. 
• Check the Bill.com queue daily to code, process vendor credits, and manage approval process for bills.
• Enter the chart of accounts items, verify bank balances, and maintain a full understanding of the 1099/W9 process.
• Heavy communication with vendors to verify bank instructions, secure W9s, or confirm other pertinent information.
• Professional and prompt communication with high level clientele; white glove service

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• Advanced Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables)
• QuickBooks Online experience required, bill.com a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of AP experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Inter-company reconciliations experience
• Full understanding of 1099s/W9s
• A polished and professional demeanor

• Family office or financial services experience  

 Where and How Much:

• Benefits include 401K match and employer-paid healthcare for employee & family
• Target salary: $66K - $75K plus bonus
• 100% in office – Cherry Creek for the first 6 months, then potential to go hybrid
