Base Salary: $150k - $160k based on experience
Job Description:
Client Partner (CP) will own the entire account from a Delivery, Revenue and P&L perspective and will be responsible for the growth of the account in existing service lines and add new service lines. The CP will manage the client stakeholders including at the CxO levels. Candidates should have prior experience in managing IT Services projects and accounts across sales, resourcing and delivery of IT solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
1) Setting up a new account or owning an existing account, manage resource ramp ups and delivery
2) Manage Portfolios and Customer Relationships including at CxO level
3) Drive pursuits to meet QoQ revenue growth
4) Own P &L for the account to meet operational parameters and goals
5) Liaison with larger TCS ecosystem to understand and explore new offerings for positioning
6) Interact with client senior decision makers about their strategic growth objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their needs.
7) Establishing & Managing customer relationships; Be their POC for any queries/questions
8) Work on various Sales & Pre-Sales activities like Identifying potential opportunities, preparing proactive proposals, driving RFPs, etc.
9) Closely collaborate with TCS Strategic teams to position relevant solutions for the customer. Manage various Proofs of Concept (PoCs) which in turn can then be proposed as scalable solutions
10) Working closely with TCS Delivery teams across locations to manage customer expectations on project delivery
11) consistent track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles
12) Knowhow of latest Information Technology trends
13) Customer front ending, strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in science. Masters (or MBA preferred) along with 18+ years' experience
