Assist in managing IT inventory and equipment. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical problems and improve processes. Offer excellent customer service to all employees seeking IT assistance. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
