Overview Come join Intuit as a Service Desk Analyst 2. What you'll bring Knowledge of database software and Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a computer technology or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software is preferred. Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively. Previous desktop support for both PC and Mac, IS technician, IT Support experience is required. How you will lead Technician installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to company computer hardware and software systems. Provides technical assistance and training to system users EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability. Intuit will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with requirements of local law.
