**What you'll bring**:

- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in a computer technology or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users effectively.
- Previous desktop support for both PC and Mac, IS technician, IT Support experience is required.

**How you will lead**:

- Technician installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to company computer hardware and software systems.
- Provides technical assistance and training to system users
