We are looking for a Technical Project Manager. Facilities Control and IT/Hardware(100% Remote) to manage key projects related to Facilities Control and Hardware Management projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive projects efficiently and in an organized manner.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience managing large multi-location facilities hardware projects, specifically Video Surveillance, Closed Circuit Cameras, Cabling, Integration, and Construction related projects.

Will be responsible for Full-Lifecycle Project Management, including Planning, Budget Estimates, Financial Management, Risk Management, and project execution.

Primary Responsibilities & Required Experience:

  • Will be working within the Physical Controls (formally Physical Security) organization.
  • Experience Managing Cyber Security Hardware Specific Projects
  • Will be managing Facilities Control and Management projects.
    • Specifically, Video Surveillance, Cabling, Integration, Construction related projects.
  • Experience Managing 3-4 projects simultaneously, managing budgets, and creating risk logs.
  • Waterfall Shop - some Agile (Hybrid Model - mainly waterfall).
  • PMP Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Healthcare IT Experience (nice to have).
  • Experience with Plainview and ServiceNow Project Management Module (SPM).
  • Experience with Google Workspace/Apps/Tools (preferred).
Additional Notes:
  • 100% Remote (Core Hours: 9am - 3pm Mountain Time Zone)
  • Minimum 12 Month Contract (extensions possible).
  • No Travel Required.
  • Training on process provided by PMO.
  • Interview/Hiring Process: 2 Rounds of Interviews (30 minutes each).
