The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of direct experience in cultivating relationships and selling solutions to large manufacturers such as Ford, BMW, and other major OEMs. As an OEM Sales Representative at PGW Auto Glass, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through the delivery of PGW's auto glass solutions to dealerships nationwide.Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain OEM Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at automotive manufacturers. Understand the unique needs and requirements of each OEM client and tailor solutions accordingly.Sales and Business Development:Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Present and promote PGW's auto glass solutions effectively, highlighting their quality, benefits, and competitive advantages.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations tailored to OEM clients.Product Knowledge and Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.Develop a deep understanding of PGW's auto glass products and their applications in various vehicle models.Logistics and Delivery:Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and timely delivery of OEM products to dealerships nationwide.Address any delivery-related issues promptly and proactively to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and pipeline updates for management review.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum of five years of direct experience in OEM sales within the automotive industry.Proven track record of successfully selling to large manufacturers like Ford, BMW, etc.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for automotive glass solutions and a proven track record in OEM sales, we encourage you to apply.
