As a family owned and operated business, earning the trust of our customers, employees and community is what drives us to be better We're one of the few operators in the industry that's growing today, and we're succeeding because we have a great team, a strong business model, a healthy and rewarding company culture, and we are intensely focused on quality.Come to a dealership that appreciates you and your experience *BENEFITS:* * CompetitivePay based on experience and work history * Daily and Monthly performance based bonus * Air Conditioned Shop * You will be able to produce hours in our shop * 70-90 used cars per month for reconditioning repair * Updated Equipment * Our technicians average 90-110 hours per bi monthly pay period * 5 day work week - closed on Sundays * Paid Training & Onboarding Program * Medical * Dental * 401 K Match * Paid Vacation * Closed on Major Holidays * Team Building Events * Overtime available * Dedicated Leadership Team * Opportunity to Grow * Honda New Car Purchase Program *Responsibilities:* * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and Honda Factory standards * Routine inspections and maintenance on line * Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment * Full automotive trouble shooting and testing * Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications *Qualifications:* * Ability to identify the problem quickly * Good knowledge of automobiles * Effective analytical and communication skills * Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills * Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications * Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * High School Diploma or GED * Technical degree preferred * ASE certifications preferred * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic Computer Skills * Positive, friendly attitude
