Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, NE is looking for a Posting/Billing Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing vehicle purchase paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. The Posting Clerk will be part of a team that will work together to get Car Deals into our systems. This is a position that requires attention to detail, and an ability to work quickly within a team. Previous automotive or dealership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Post and process daily bank transactions
  • Complete checklists to verify all documents are signed and we are compliant
  • Finalize deals into accounting
  • Processing payoffs
  • Reconciling schedules daily (check back to customer, CIT, Customer A/R, Loan Payoffs, Inventory, Flooring, Reservice)
  • Scanning documents, data entry
  • Submit/reconcile Rebates
  • Assist with AP & AR as needed
Requirements
  • Previous automotive experience is highly preferred
  • Must have good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good attitude and positive communication with co-workers
