Your Role with the Company
As an "AGENT OF CHANGE", you will work with this NEW CEO to grow this120 million dollar global market of specialty products by spearheading the sales team strategy. The new leadership is planning on exponential growth over a three-year period. Your ability to inspire urgency in, and the restructuring of, a 10+person sales group on processes/staff and marketing strategies will be key to your success. If you're ready to make your mark as a catalyst for success, this is the opportunity for you.
