Responsibilities

* Clearly and professionally communicate with customers by phone, email and in person, about their invoices and transactions within the Service and Parts Department.

* Schedule all appointments by phone, in person or email

* Close all repair orders and counter tickets

* Receive and record check and/or credit card payments, issue refunds as directed, reconcile, file all receipts and proper documentation for Service and Parts

* Call and schedule customers for missed appointments, open recalls, and maintenance

* Misc. duties within the Service Department
