Your role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to maximize business expansion and revenue. If you excel at lead generation and thrive in a dynamic and remote work environment, this role could be the perfect fit for youResponsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with INFRA and NCG category management, purchasing teams, distributors (e.g., UNFI, KeHE), marketers, and internal supports support contacts.Manage and track sales performance, closing sales voids, securing key promotional opportunities, and increasing product velocities within INFRA and NCG channels.Proactively introduce new products, adhering to account protocols and timelines.Utilize all methods of outreach to establish and maintain relationships including: messages, phone calls and occasional in person meets.Collaborate with key account executives to optimize operations and improve internal organization for enhanced productivity.Provide strategic guidance and promotional recommendations to suppliers to maximize the success of their products.Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales meetings, requiring minimal travel (10%).Regularly collect and disseminate important market intelligence, updates, and opportunities within the INFRA and NCG communities to internal teams and clients.Manage select small chain key accounts as the company scales operations.Who You AreYou are a highly organized and proactive individual with expertise in inside sales within the food and beverage industry. Excelling at building and managing client relationships within INFRA and NCG channels, you focus on identifying growth opportunities and maximizing revenue. Your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to secure key promotional opportunities and drive business expansion. As a proactive problem-solver, you can work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.Qualifications:2 - 3+ years of Inside Sales experience in the food and beverage industry.Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager experience selling to the following retailers; PCC, New Seasons, Metro Market, Haggens, and similar accounts is highly preferred. Experience in PACNW is highly desirable.Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.Strong understanding of the retail landscape, especially in the food and beverage industry.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of strategic thinking.Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel as required.BenefitsHealth Reimbursement Arrangement, dental, and vision insurance.401k plan with employer match.PTO.8 paid holidays.
