* Identifikation und Erarbeiten von schlagkrftigen Retail-/Kategoriestrategien, die die Kunden- und Markenbindung strken und das Wachstum der Kategorien frdern.

* Durchfhrung von Manahmen zur Zielerreichung von Category-Development-Projekten bei ausgewhlten Kunden gem Geschftsstrategie.

* Steigern der Effektivitt und Effizienz des Customer Development Teams durch qualitativ hochwertiges Kategorie- und Kundenwissen.

* Planung und Verwaltung des RCD-Budgets.

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Development, Retail & Investment, Marketing und unseren Handelskunden.

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Mind 8 Jahre crossfunktionale Berufserfahrung im Category Management, Channel Management und Customer Development in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation im FMCG-Umfeld.

* Idealerweise erste Fhrungserfahrung.

* Eine nachweislich von Analytik geprgte Denk- und Arbeitsweise: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Haushalts- und Handelspaneldaten sowie dem Erkennen und Heben von Potenzialen. Freude am strukturierten Aufbereiten komplexer Sachverhalte, konzeptionellem Arbeiten und der Prsentation von Ergebnissen. Fachwissen im Bereich Category Management und zugehrigen Tools sowie Shopper Insights.

* Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Google Suite.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
