Job DescriptionAs we continue to strengthen our global presence in key markets, we are seeking a talented and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our efforts in growing business in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. This role reports to our VP, Business Development and is a position where building strong relationships and maintaining high-performing Channel Partners and key accounts will be imperative to their success. Travel to our Baltimore HQ is required for onboarding, training, and other in-person team/company activities. Candidates must be located in the Baltimore, MD area and/or within driving distance of our headquarters.A Day in the Life:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, outlining key objectives, targets, and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, including distributors, resellers, and end-usersDrive new business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities, to expand our customer base and penetrate new marketsOversee and manage all new accounts within your assigned territory to cultivate and drive demandSupport Channel Partners efforts of selling Alertus' products and technologies to existing and new end-usersDrive performance of Channel Partners against established revenue and activity goals to achieve optimal successRequired Skills:Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the timeExcellent written and verbal communicationHands-on experience using sales enablement tools like SalesforceAbility to handle and overcome long-sales cyclesStrong skills in driving demand for a product or serviceDesired Skills:Channel/VAR experienceBilingualHands-on experience with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, and ZoomInfoExperience with RFPs, Contracts, and Purchasing VehiclesTechnology SalesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in IT or technology-based solutionsExperience hunting/prospecting for new business in international marketsExperience in selling, presenting, and demonstrating software and technology products or servicesAlertus Career Advantages:Competitive salaryUnlimited PTOBusiness Casual EnvironmentBeing part of a fast-paced and growing companyRewarding experience of bringing life-saving solutions to schools and organizations worldwideRegular company social and team-building eventsCircle of Excellence Rewards Trip
