Position Summary:

Assisting with receipt of goods, running inventory reports, reconciling and make the necessary inventory adjustments.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Validating inbound shipments for Accuracy and Quality Assurance
  • Posting Receipt of goods in SAP in a timely matter
  • Assisting the team with inventory discrepancies or corrections
  • Researching Inventory deficits
  • Effectively communicating with various internal departments of any issues pertaining to receipt of goods.
  • Restocking all POS pick bins on daily basis.
  • Assisting with Inventory Preparation
  • Assisting with Special Projects
  • Providing Inbound reports to Procurement team
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively as a member of a team as well as work independently as necessary
  • Intermediate - Advance Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple task and rapidly changing priorities
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate Equipment (Stand up Reach/Electric Order Picker)
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Intermediate to Advance SAP skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Forklift Certified


Pay Range: $17.60/hr - $23.85/hr
