We are currently seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for operating the reservations system, checking guests in and out, and taking in deposits and other payments. You will also need to be proficient with basic phone, computer, paperwork filing, and communication skills, and have basic situation resolution skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring reservations and staying up-to-date on K2 updates as it pertains to daily operation.

  • Greet and assist guests with their reservation needs.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Perform minor to moderate tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications: Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. Driver's License.
