Job Summary:

Zero Gravity Marketing (ZGM) seeks an Email/SMS Coordinator with direct experience in Klaviyo. As an Email/SMS Coordinator, you will work with Senior Strategists to execute email initiatives for diverse ecommerce DTC and B2B clients. Your role will assist with strategic planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns to drive client success and align with overarching broader marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Email Campaign Execution: Wireframe direction for design and copy teams, build, QA, and deploy engaging email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution.
  2. SMS Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the team to integrate SMS campaigns seamlessly into our multi-channel marketing strategy.
  3. Automation Workflow Management: Develop and manage automated email and SMS workflows to nurture leads, onboard customers, and re-engage inactive subscribers.
  4. Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize Klaviyo's segmentation tools to identify and create specific audience segments with personalized messaging, maximizing relevance and engagement.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email and SMS campaign performance metrics and deliverability score, providing actionable insights to optimize account health and future campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices: Stay abreast of email marketing regulations, industry best practices, and Klaviyo account requirements, and ensure all campaigns adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in Klaviyo: Demonstrates proficiency in the Klaviyo platform, including building email and SMS campaigns, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  2. Email Marketing Experience: Proven experience executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  4. Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to engaging and delighting our audience in the unique context of space tourism.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
