Service Plumber

Job description

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Tasks include troubleshooting systems, replacing malfunctioning fixtures, and installing new pipes.
• Maintain punctual appointments with clients as scheduled.
• Inspect plumbing systems and document existing conditions and completed work.
• Prepare estimates and proposals using our pricing and sales strategy.
• Present various options and upgrades, and inform customers about promotions.
• Execute plumbing installations and services as required.
• Collaborate with our team, including field supervisors and coordinators.
• Submit daily paperwork to the Plumbing Manager by 8:00 a.m. the following day.
• Coordinate services and troubleshoot issues with team members.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Attend scheduled plumbing meetings for updates and coordination.
• Achieve set daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals as directed by the Plumbing Manager.
• Seek guidance from the Plumbing Manager as needed.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

  Special Duties:

• Learn to use Housecall Pro or any other software utilized by our company.
• Acquire and maintain necessary licenses, clearances, and tools for the job.

  Physical Requirements

  Applicant must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs. Applicant must be able to lift to 75 pounds. Work performed both in a comfortable indoor facility and outside. The applicant will experience interruptions and occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than his/her immediate supervisor. The position frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands, standing, walking, kneeling, working in tight spaces and uncomfortable positions, reaching, talking, and hearing.
