Oversees the staffing of each inpatient nursing unit based on census, acuity and staffing grids. Adjusts staffing accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of accredited nursing program
  • Licensure: Currently licensed in the State of practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience: Three to five years hospital nursing experience.
  • Certification/Registration: BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation.
