Inventory Control Analyst

Summary:
Primary responsibility is to ensure accuracy of inventory by overseeing movement to and from the stockroom and all inventory transactions. Accountable for accurate, detailed, current inventory for raw material, WIP and finished goods.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.     Performs daily cycle counts of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods

2.     Provides accurate cycle count metrics to company leaders

3.     Meets or exceeds cycle count objectives and KPI’s each week/month

4.     Performs and assists with variance reconciliation, and correction transactions.

5.     Identifies inventory discrepancies, investigates root causes and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams for the purpose of obtaining high levels of inventory accuracy

6.     Monitors location aging reports and provides feedback to the team to ensure transactions are performed timely and accurately

7.     Identifies racking/labelling discrepancies and proactively corrects the issues

Assists with general material handling and inventory control activities as required.

Requirements

Capable of executing a cycle count program.

Analytical and detail oriented.

Demonstrates the ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve problems immediately.

Team oriented / able to work well with all levels of personnel from senior management to hourly associates.

Able to communicate successfully verbally and in writing.

Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and quality awareness.

High School Diploma or GED.  Minimum of 1 year experience in Warehousing / Inventory Control.  

Schedule will be M-F, 5am-1:30pm
