Job Description:
Responsibilities: 

Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product management strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on optimizing the in-store experience and maximizing shelf impact. 

Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet market needs, competitive pressures, and regulatory requirements. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of product strategies and initiatives. 

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making. 

Technical, AI and Generative AI Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI technologies, including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, to identify and evaluate the potential applications of these technologies in the retail and CPG industries, and develop strategies to integrate them into our product offerings to drive innovation and create competitive advantages. 

Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market opportunities. 

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and market share, and implement strategies to optimize performance and drive growth. 

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, retail partners, and industry associations, to drive collaboration and support business objectives. 

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

Budget Management: Develop and manage the product management budget, allocating resources effectively to support strategic priorities and maximize ROI. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on retail or consumer goods industry. 

Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. 

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to make informed decisions. 

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. #LI-KV1
