Responsibilities:
Wir suchen eine motivierte, gut organisierte und tatkräftige Person, die nicht davor zurückschreckt, Dinge anzupacken und zu erledigen. Als Sales & Marketing Coordinator 60-100% hast du eine zentrale Rolle im Cordis Team Schweiz, stärkst das Commercial Backoffice Team und unterstützt das lokale Leadership & Sales Team. Du wirst zum Bezugspunkt für Kollegen und Kunden, koordinierst verschiedene vielseitige und spannende Aufgaben parallel, und bringst dich aktiv ein. Hauptaufgaben

Sicherstellung des Sales- & Marketingtagesgeschäfts sowie eines gut strukturierten und organisierten Büros

Koordination und Mitorganisation von Sales- und Marketingaktivitäten wie z.B. Sponsorings, Workshops, Roundtables und Kongressen inklusive Vertragsmanagement

Organisieren und Bereitstellen von Marketing- und Verkaufsmaterialien

Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen (intern/extern), Produktreklamationen sowie Qualitätssicherheitsmassnahmen inkl. Überwachung

Bearbeitung von Kundenretouren und -bestellanfragen und damit verbundene Aufgaben

Schnittstelle zum Kundendienst

Erstellen von Analysen und Reports

Unterstützung im Offertenwesen, Inventurmanagement und bei ausstehenden Kundenrechnungen

Bereitstellen regulatorischer und produktespezifischer Stammdaten (MDD/MDR, GTIN, Zertifkate)

Kundenstammdatenpflege

Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben sowie Rechnungs- und Beschaffungswesen

Unterstützung im Digital Marketing (Prüfung Inhalte, Posts)

Qualifications:
Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene KV-Ausbildung oder einen ähnlichen Abschluss mit Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich

Idealerweise 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld ist von Vorteil

Dienstleistungs- und kundenorientierte, initiative und offene Persönlichkeit

Teamplayer mit hohem Engagement und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft

Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, exakte und speditive Arbeitsweise

Gut organisiert und verantwortungsbewusst mit Problemlösungskompetenz

Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse

Gute Englischkenntnisse (Geschäftssprache) in Wort und Schrift; gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift

Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint usw.)
