Nous recherchons pour notre filiale Séché Traitement des Eaux Industrielles un(e) :

 

Ingénieur Etudes Exécution - Traitements des Eaux Industrielles H/F

Localisation possible à Laval / Paris / Marseille / Lyon

 

Notre mission consiste à produire différentes qualités d’eau (potable, industrielle, process), à les distribuer sur les sites, à collecter et traiter les effluents de nos clients industriels. Nous facilitons l’accès aux ressources, contribuons à leur préservation et à leur renouvellement.

Vos missions ::
L’ingénieur Etudes Exécution TEI est responsable des études d’exécution des affaires de conception et de construction de travaux neufs, et des travaux support d'exploitation.

 

L’ingénieur Etudes Exécution TEI peut être amené à se déplacer sur site pour mener à bien ses missions et rencontrer les clients et les différents sous-traitants intervenants sur les affaires, aussi bien en France qu’à l’international : 

 

Missions Affaires Conception et Construction :

 

-Superviser le déroulement des études d’exécution en collaboration avec les équipes internes et externes

-Etre à l’écoute des clients et de leurs besoins, prise en compte des cahiers des charges et des spécifications particulières

-Effectuer les calculs process et hydrauliques

-Rédiger le descriptif technique et la notice de fonctionnement automatisme

-Encadrer les chargés d’études et les dessinateurs projeteurs

-Etablir et contrôler les documents d’études d’exécution produits : profil hydraulique, PID, plans (guide GC, implantation, ensemble équipements…), nomenclatures, liste des fluides, liste moteurs, bilan de puissance…

-Consulter les fournisseurs d’équipements et sous-traitants, rédaction des spécifications particulières, dossiers de consultation sous-traitants (tuyauterie, chaudronnerie…) et comparer les offres

-Réaliser/Participer aux négociations de contrats d’achats d’équipements et de lots sous traités (CPA, jalons, pénalités, termes de paiement, planning d’exécution…)

-S’assurer de la conformité des études au contrat liant STEI à son client, ainsi qu’aux normes et réglementation applicables (planning des livrables, visas clients…)

-Coordonner et gérer les bureaux d’études externes sur les zones et packages en charge, suivi de production, livrables (maquette 3D, plans, isométriques, nomenclatures…)

 

Missions Travaux d'Exploitation :

 

-Définir les solutions techniques avec les chargés d'affaires travaux en phase projet

-Monter les chiffrages travaux 

-Consulter les fournisseurs d’équipements et sous-traitants

-Superviser le déroulement des études d'exécution en phase réalisation

-Proposer et/ou valider les éventuels changements nécessaires en phase construction/mise en service

 

Missions Qualité Santé Environnement Radioprotection :

 

-Porter et mettre en œuvre la politique Qualité Santé Sécurité Environnement et Radioprotection

-Maîtriser les mesures de protection et les procédures d’intervention

-Assurer une mission d’alerte face à tout incident ou anomalie constatés

Votre profil ::
-De formation Ingénieur en Environnement ou équivalent type ENSIP, ENSIL, ENGEES, INPG, vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire

-Une expérience dans le domaine des eaux (usées et/ou industrielles) sera fortement appréciée

-Connaissance du traitement de l'eau

-Connaissances des procédés hydrauliques

-Connaissances des méthodes d'ingénierie

-Esprit d'équipe

-Organisation et rigueur

-Bon sens du relationnel

 

Formations complémentaire : 

-Formations métiers (process traitements des eaux, hydraulique, plans et P&ID, EIA, conception structures, modes de construction…)

-Logiciels BE (Revit, Naviswork, Autocad, Plant…)

-Anglais indispensable

-Risques chimiques N1
