Duties:

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the office
- Perform general secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks
- Transcribe dictation and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll

Our Northern Westchester Division is currently seeking applicants for an ENTRY-LEVEL full-time Program Secretary/Bookkeeper at our Mohegan Lake office. The applicant must be a self-starter with strong computer experience and light bookkeeping ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong organizational skills, a professional manner, ability to multi-task and a pleasant demeanor are required. Duties include answering the main phone line, filing and maintaining current record-keeping systems and confidentiality. Other bookkeeping tasks.

Clean Driver's License, High School Diploma/GED

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
