Responsibilities:
Implement daily student programming

Supervise a room of students and ensure safety protocols are met

Attend regular trainings set by supervisor and management to develop skills

Ability to communicate with team the needs they have and implement boundaries with the students

Maintain the safety of the milieu through risk management 

Carry out client interventions to ensure quality of care

Facilitate client phone calls with parents

Support clients in the development of executive functioning skills (ex: laundry, cleaning room, chores, etc.)

Qualifications:
Required Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work (Or closely related discipline) 

Preferred: Two years' experience working with young adults (Or closely related experience)

Preferred:  CPR/First Aid Certificate 

Valid Driver's License and 3 years driving experience with clean driving record.

A desire to facilitate student growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.  

Ability to pass a background check

$16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.
