Job Description:

 

 

 

As a Branch Manager at Central Aluminum Supply, you will oversee all aspects of our branch operations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and work closely with the executive team to achieve strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership to the branch team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and financial performance.

Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies and client relationship management.

Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and training as needed.

Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Address operational challenges and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role

Strong sales and business development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.

Experience in manufacturing and or distribution.

Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
