The Fulfillment Inventory Control Manager guides a team of Inventory Specialists, promoting collaboration and streamlining inventory processes to meet the service requirements of field partners.

What You’ll Do

Empower Your Team

Lead a collaborative team of inventory control specialists for efficient inventory strategy.

Manage cycle count process, rectify discrepancies, and solution through challenges.

Inspire teams to surpass business objectives by connecting them with company mission, goals, and strategy.

Provide guidance and accountability to align shift supervisors and associates with operational goals.

Cultivate a safe and supportive environment that engages team members and partners.

Drive Customer-Centric Operations

  Develop and execute inventory plans to optimize site throughput and meet production targets.

  Implement solutions to enhance productivity, optimize inventory management processes and minimize part breakage for improved service delivery.

  Encourage cross-shift collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.        

Fuel Health & Safety Vision

Ensure compliance with pertinent Federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE within supply chain site.

Proactively identify health and safety risks, swiftly implementing resolutions, and providing coaching or training on cutting-edge best practices.

 What You’ll Need

Must be 18 years old.

Valid driver's license required; successful Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR) completion.

2-4+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment preferred.

1-2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in supply chain.

Experience with Korber or related WMS software preferred.

Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries, prioritizing quality, business partnerships, and customer outcomes.

People-first mentality with a solution-oriented approach.

Base Pay Range Min - Max (in $USD):
