The Vice President, Business Devlopment for Healthcare Provider Enagement has full responsibility for all sales activities and will also provide senior leadership in the identification of strategic business development opportunities that drive growth in new and existing market segments.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for revenue generation in large targeted pharmaceutical manufacturers

Develops annual sales account plans in support of organization strategy and objectives

Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with SVP’s of Market Access and Patient Affordability 

Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses

Responsible for account development and strategy of all assigned accounts 

Manages multiple channel selling strategies

Builds, develops and partners with sales team to identify and present all services of Trialcard

Refine and develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving TrialCard’s sales goals

Develop, communicate, and drive the implementation of plans and strategies for increasing market revenue, while achieving gross margin and expense management goals

Responsible for new business goals determined on a yearly basis

Collaborate with peer leadership to identify and develop strategic solutions that will have immediate impact and recognize trends to capture future growth

Develop a strategy inclusive of tactics that captures business development opportunities

Develop new business opportunities by staying current of industry, competition and market conditions

Leverage current client relationships to develop new business opportunities

Establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship with current clients, resulting in high levels of client satisfaction, account retention and future business growth plans

Work closely with various functional groups within TrialCard to leverage key resources and collaborate in order to grow the business and build synergistic opportunities

Ensure that TrialCard’s opportunities, revenue, profit and client loyalty are maximized across all strategic accounts

Meet regularly with key customers and partners and develop and maintain key relationships

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years experience working in life sciences

Five+ years of contract sales expereince

Experience managing Salesforce
