Overview:
This role is a dynamic mix between administrative tasks and projects that involve a lot of creativity.

Responsibilities:
We can not anticipate what interesting project ideas we will have together, but you will have the following daily tasks:

Assist the Plant Manager in the daily activity and manage all the administrative activities of the Plant Department;

Receive the documents and general requests from Plant departments and ensure that the right signatures are collected;

Prepare Plant PowerPoint presentations;

Complete travel requests and reports for Plant Departments;

Make and keep all the appointments for Plant Manager;

Participates in the plant meetings and keeps the minutes.

Qualifications:
This is an entry-level role, where you can apply without professional experience. However, we require the following studies/ skills to be able to act as owner, take initiative and do what is best:

Undergraduate student/ University Degree;

Advanced English skills;

Medium Excel & Powerpoint skills;

Strong collaboration skills;

Clarity in communication;

Flexibility in working with work-related styles different from your own;

Decision-making skills.
