Requirements

How You’ll Contribute:

People Operations:

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and communicating with candidates.

Assist with PeopleOps-related administrative tasks, filing, and updating, and collaborating in creating PeopleOps documents.

Workplace Experience:

Act as mission control for office logistics, including inventory of office supplies, and managing inventory of snacks, equipment, and facility needs on a day-to-day basis.

Assist in planning and organizing company events and workplace experience projects, office lunches, meetings, and employee activities.

New Hire Onboarding:

Exposure to the New Hire Onboarding Experience by understanding and collaborating on onboarding tasks and preparing new hires for their first day including: onboarding workflow organization, setting new team members up with day-one needs, and training coordination.

May assist in managing the provisioning and distribution of IT assets such as computers, keyboards, building access and setup.

Help maintain and update documentation and procedures as they relate to the New Hire Experience and Onboarding processes.

Exposure to People Operations Mentorship:

Work closely with experienced PeopleOps professionals to gain insights into various PeopleOps functions, including employee relations, performance management, and PeopleOps compliance.

Participate in mentorship sessions and receive guidance on career development within the PeopleOps field.

Collaborate with PeopleOps team members on special projects and initiatives.

You’re Someone Who:

Is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

An organizational jedi who is known for your close attention to detail.

A top notch communicator who leads with empathy and is an exceptional collaborator.

Deeply understands the confidential nature of PeopleOps roles and has a track record of handling sensitive information with  discretion.

Has a reputation for being resourceful and tech savvy - you’re always willing to learn a new digital tool or skill. 

Is a whiz with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.

Brings basic knowledge of HR principles and practices (preferred but not required).

Has held previous administrative or office management experience (preferred but not required).
