Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Retail Sales Analyst to join the Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and act tactically, have high attention to detail, be skilled in driving project initiatives forward, build partnerships across the organization, and effectively collaborate with buying teams across major Big Box national retailers to drive profitable growth across all FXI retail product categories.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and make recommendations to support retail initiatives and projects
Present retail analysis and supporting data to stakeholders
Interface with buyers using clear communication and deliver accurate data
Partner with sales team to maintain and communicate accurate product forecasting
Manage timelines and deliverables required to execute new items and programs
Initiate and drive the set-up process of products to be sold in club and online
Maintain templates, scorecards, and benchmarking tools
Review POS information and generate weekly sales reports
Manage and distribute daily tracker reports
Collaborate with internal teams on execution of work orders, component receipts and inventory preloads for promotional events
Review monthly post audits to ensure compliance and alignment with promotional contracts and budget
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or other related business degree
Three to five years of experience in marketing/retail sales analysis
Understanding and ability to perform statistical modeling and data extraction, provide insights and make strategic business recommendations
Proficient with Excel, including use of pivot tables, financial functions and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and exhibit good technical and problem-solving techniques
Experience in working closely and fostering successful, collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members
High energy, self-motivated and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
