Your role

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth with some of our most strategic retail partners by effectively managing and evolving relationships both internally and externally. Your primary responsibilities will include developing customer and data driven strategies to deliver financial targets. To accomplish this you will be collaborating with internal partners such as Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Leadership. Driving these strategies through execution at retail to delivery mutual value creation. Must be able to commute to Bentonville, AR location at least once per week.


Your key responsibilities:

Walmart and Sam’s Club Business Management:

  • and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with retail partners and internal cross functional TEAM personnel.
  • “Best in Class” account management, driving growth in revenue and margin to help us achieve our joint value creation plan.
  • and execute a strategic plan to win for your business which includes driving market share growth for both the retailer and company, with a clear avenue to deliver goals and objectives.
  • to be a successful sales leader, acting as the “owner “of your business, including cross-functional team leadership, financial and analytical savvy and demonstrated thought leadership on how to achieve breakthrough goals at your accounts.
  • key areas of focus like Omni/Ecomm and new product development to drive category and business growth
  • decision making, based on financial analysis of multiple scenarios to drive profitable growth, often diving into the details and understanding what comprises & drives top line and bottom-line growth.
  • Business Analyst on data analytics and reporting POS, trends, factors impacting the business
  • and communicating competitive factors impacting the business (i.e. new competitive items, competitive promotions, etc.)
  • flawless execution for company and Walmart:
  • Product Launches
  • the highest level of online execution and penetration
  • response to retailer and internal partner requests
  • weekly and daily analytics to drive key decisions


Skills and experience:

  • degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • experience with National Retail (Walmart and Sam’s Club experience preferred)
  • analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • communication and negotiation skills.
  • and goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
