Overview:
S2 Global, an OSI Systems Company, is seeking a talented and motivated student to join our high-performing Business Development team as a Co-Op. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of cargo and aviation solutions, focusing on software Enterprise products and services. The ideal candidate will be at least a sophomore in their academic journey and bring a strong background in engineering, computer science, or cyber-related coursework.

Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development team in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for cargo and aviation applications, working closely with senior team members to drive growth and market expansion.

Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and key industry trends in the cargo and aviation sectors, contributing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with team members to prepare presentation materials, proposals, and marketing documents for client meetings and business pitches, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our software solutions.

Provide administrative support for various business development tasks, including data entry, maintaining CRM systems, and organizing meeting schedules and agendas.

Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team.

Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, helping to ensure the successful implementation of business development plans.

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with at least sophomore standing, preferably pursuing studies in engineering, computer science, or cyber-related fields.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to create professional documents and presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software tools as needed.

An interest in business development, technology, and the aviation/cargo industries.

Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
