Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team. The Assistant Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing patient satisfaction and employee engagement within our healthcare facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives aimed at improving the overall patient experience and fostering a positive workplace culture.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient nursing operations.

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.

Monitor patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing

Experience: 3 years nursing experience

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
