Vos missions au quotidien :

Sous la responsabilité du responsable de service, nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) administratif, dans le cadre d'un CDD de 3 mois (renouvelable).

 

Vous intégrez une équipe dédiée à la gestion du portefeuille Particuliers et assurez la gestion administrative des contrats.

 

A ce titre, vos missions sont :

Assurer la gestion des comptes dans les systèmes d'information (facturation, vérification du paiement des primes de l'assuré, du paiement des primes aux assureurs, …).

Assurer la mise à jour permanente des dossiers clients au niveau administratif et de gestion, en répondant aux demandes ponctuelles des clients (contacts téléphoniques, mails, courriers…).

Assurer la transmission des documents contractuels, pour signature aux assureurs et/ou à l'assuré, et pour la mise à jour des dossiers clients au niveau administratif.

Participer aux tâches administratives de son entité (gestion électronique des documents, traitement du courrier, classement, photocopies ...).

Effectuer des permanences téléphoniques.

Vos compétences et expériences qui feront votre succès

De formation Bac+2, vous avez acquis une première expérience sur une fonction similaire.
