Vos missions au quotidien :

Vous intégrez une équipe dynamique partageant les mêmes les mêmes objectifs ambitieux : s’investir, se développer, et demeurer à l’écoute des clients pour les servir et leur apporter des solutions concrètes à forte valeur ajoutée.

Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire Sinistres Flotte Automobile – H/F pour notre de site de Marseille.

 

Au sein du département Sinistres Flotte Automobile, vous assurez le traitement des dossiers sinistres dans le respect du contrat.

 

A ce titre, vous :

Vous assurez le suivi et l'instruction des dossiers sinistres en flotte automobile,

Vous êtes garant du strict respect des protocoles de délégation de gestion et de règlement des sinistres,

Vous assurez une information fiable et un conseil de qualité aux clients par téléphone,

Vous participez aux tâches administratives de votre entité (gestion électronique des documents, traitement du courrier, classement, photocopies …).

Vos compétences et expériences qui feront votre succès

De formation supérieure en assurances, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie idéalement en sinistres IARD. Vos expériences passées ont permis de mettre en avant votre autonomie, votre rigueur et votre esprit d’équipe.
