Overview:
The Improvement Solutions Architect is responsible for partnering with the continuous improvement team to support the identification and documentation of Information Technology (IT) department processes and tools to ensure a highest level of efficiency and quality is achieved.  This role will work with the Manager of Continuous Improvement to execute continuous process improvement and organizational change management strategies that optimize T. Marzetti’s return on investments and deliver benefits at scale through enhancements to the processes, data, and technical solution.  This role will seek opportunities to proactively detect and address bottlenecks and process inefficiencies, recommending improvements. Once opportunities are identified the Improvement Solutions Architect will work with the COE and appropriate business resources to resolve issues by creating supporting documentation and training as needed. This role will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and organizational change management within the organization.

Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement

Identify and support areas across all departments where process optimization would lead to value in the organization and lead process changes to extract that value.

Support and execute process changes delivered through COE and other modernization initiatives.

Leverage data-based decision making to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the CI team with documenting new and updating existing process maps and process flows to ensure clarity of enterprise processes.

Assist CI and OCM team by conducting value stream analysis to identify opportunities for improvement through updated process documentation and training.

Understand organization relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and seek opportunities to improve or impact those KPIs through process or automation improvements.

Benchmark internally and externally. Be familiar with and drive the organization toward standards that exceed recognized industry best practices.

Maintains close collaboration and relationships with project leads and business partners.

Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Support the OCM team in changes requiring training, communication, and/or coordination when delivered to the business.

Provide communications support for Information Technology (IT) initiatives.

Implement the framework and support the overarching execution of Super User Communities of Practice (COP) and activities that require subject matter expertise to support continued change management into the organization.

Create and manage an information and/or document sharing repository accessible by the business to enable access and use of information to execute enterprise processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Supply Chain or relevant experience.

Demonstrated success in effectively overseeing continuous improvement and cross-functional change initiatives.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.

Experience in root cause eradication and problem-solving methodologies. Lean Six Sigma experience a plus. 

Strong understanding of Change Management; Organization Change Management certification a plus.

Functional expertise and strong understanding of SAP functional workflows and business processes.

Experience influencing complex and multi-functional teams. 

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
