Responsibilities:
Position Summary:

Performs clerical and administrative support functions to include data review and entry, preparing and filing various required forms

Interacts with clients and outside vendors for various reasons like gathering data and taking payments

Other duties include but are not limited to, answering telephones, filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation

 

Work Traits:

Above average verbal and written communication skills, as well as, demonstrated competence in reading and basic mathematics

Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work. 

Ability to professionally interact with all levels of branch personnel, as well as, clients, vendors and all other office visitors

Qualifications:
Requirements:

High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. 

 

Nice to have:

Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience and training preferred

Previous experience handling client relationships

 

Skills for Success:

Exceptional organizational skills

Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently
