Overview:
Our Call Center Representatives take inbound calls from employees who are transitioning their pension and retirement plans. We strive to provide the highest levels of service. Please see position details below:

This position is Contract to Hire and pays $21.63/hr in contract. 

First 90 days in office during training, then moves to a hybrid schedule.

Location is 3600 American Blvd West - Bloomington 

Mon - Fri from 8:45am - 5pm. No weekends

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:

Answer incoming calls about pension plans.

Educate plan participants on the particulars of their benefits.

Document all customer interaction in our database.

Perform data entry of enrollment forms.

Prepare outgoing mail of plan documents and forms.

Qualifications:
High school diploma

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Strong typing and basic digital literacy

Tech savvy
