Omni Frisco Hotel is connected to The Ford Center, a 12,000-seat, domed, multi-purpose event center. The entire development is anchored by the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, which houses office space and the practice facility for the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

Job Description:
The Ideal Services Agent is responsible for providing quick, efficient telephone answering to both incoming off-property calls and in-house guests and associates; PBX agents also are responsible for maintaining and organizing effective communication between departments.  

Responsibilities:
 

Answer incoming telephone calls to the hotel efficiently and courteously. 

Direct phone calls and messages to appropriate associates or guest.

Initiating Omni prompt responses help line by logging information regarding problems/situations which require prompt attention and relaying to appropriate personnel. 

Recording and making Wake up calls. 

Receiving and sending facsimile messages as needed, as well as operating switchboard and two-way radio.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
 

Computer skills required. 

Must have the ability to work alone, with others, and remain at work station for entirety of shift. 

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays. 

Must have customer service experience with excellent written and especially verbal communication skills. 

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
