Technicien Maintenance / Electromécanicien

Eaux Industrielles H/F

Basé à Nantes (44)

 

Notre mission consiste à produire de l’eau potable et/ou de l’eau de process et traiter les effluents de nos clients industriels. Nous facilitons l’accès aux ressources, contribuons à leur préservation et à leur renouvellement.

Sous la supervision du Responsable Maintenance, vous assurez au quotidien le pilotage et l’exploitation des installations techniques de site(s) industriel(s) et en optimisez le fonctionnement, dans le respect des règles de sécurité et d’environnement. 

Vos missions ::
● Maintenance électromécanique

○ suivi des contrôles réglementaires (électrique, levage, ESP)

○ maintenance préventive et curative des équipements : groupes de pompage, compresseurs, vannes et actionneurs, ventilateurs, systèmes d’injection de produits chimiques, moteurs, etc.

○ organiser la maintenance (suivi de la mise en place d’une GMAO, planification des maintenances 4 et 5)

○ fiabiliser les installations par sauvegardes des programmes (IHM, supervision, télésurveillance, automate, VAR…)

 

● Renouvellement et travaux neufs

○ dimensionnement d’équipements

○ participer aux développements des travaux hors périmètre contractuel (force de propositions d'amélioration, étude)

○ consultation des fournisseurs et sélection d’offres

○ mener et construire des projets (établir les chiffrages)

○ suivi de travaux et pilotage de sous-traitance (par ex. manutention, chaudronnerie)

○ aide à la planification et à la réalisation des gros travaux de maintenance lors d'arrêt d'usine

 

● Autres

○ optimiser les performances (développement de solutions techniques, régulation, alertes…),

○ participer à l'astreinte du service,

○ respects de l’ensemble des règles sécurités du groupe et des spécificités des sites clients.

Votre profil ::
Autonome vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement industriel au sein d’une équipe opérationnelle. Votre profil :

Bac+2 (BTS/DUT) en maintenance industrielle type Electricité, Electrotechnique

Maîtriser le process du traitement des eaux

Autonome, rigoureux(se), sens du service, réel esprit d'équipe, aisance relationnelle.

Organisé, dynamique, polyvalent, vous savez être force de proposition

Habilitations électriques nécessaires (B2V-BR- BC-H0-H0V)

Permis B indispensable
