Job Opening: Industrial Engineer/ Process Improvement Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Experienced (relevant work and education background)

Required Education: Bachelor of Business Administration

Travel Percentage: 5 - 10%

Role Overview:

As a member of our Lockbox Processing team, you will collaborate with senior leadership to enhance operational efficiencies across all production areas. Your main responsibilities will include optimizing processes and utilizing data to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Understanding of lean principles and six sigma approach

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams

Proficiency in data analysis and project management

Location: Positions available in Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and San Francisco, CA areas.
