Job Overview:
A sales support representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts.

 

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

or

Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Highlights of your role:
Knowledgeable in processing of “on behalf of” orders, quotes

Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing.

Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.

Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shipping

Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin and Integrity products and services.

Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic

Strong Interpersonal skills

Organizational skills

Ability to multi-task

Is a dependable team-player.

Two-year degree or 3 years of work experience.

Good computer skills

Good math skills

Knowledgeable of the building industry

Knowledgeable of Marvin systems: ICIM, Salesforce, OMS, Siebel, On-line Docs, Print Book Viewer and Microsoft Office Programs
