Highlights of your role:
Acts as guide and facilitator for programs for the Destination Marvin Experience.

Ability to welcome, engage and make a connection with each incoming group.

Deliver learning solutions across a variety of topics and subject matter areas including product information, manufacturing process, Marvin systems and Marvin history.

Ability to show and tell the story - “Why Marvin” and discuss Marvin’s unique products and services.

Delivery of learning solutions across a variety of topics and subject matter areas.

Establish credibility with the audience by knowing the content area, providing relevant examples, and linking the material to the audience’s job experiences and challenges.

Skillfully make the connection between learning objectives and line of business goals in the classroom.

Present information in a clear, logical, and organized way; knows which points to emphasize to increase learning.

Actively seek evidence of audience engagement and comprehension, tailoring the training to meet differing needs, interests, and experience levels among participants.

Delivers tours and experiences to participants on a variety of topics.

Provides feedback on content and solutions based on interactions with learners.

Understands business strategy & how learning enables business success.

Collaborates with other learning facilitators for delivery of training outside of the Marvin Warroad Experience

Establishes metrics and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of training and provide insight to management.

Identifies ways to foster collaborative learning environments and grow the organization’s learning presence.

Fosters positive interdepartmental relationships while supporting their needs for education, delivery, and knowledge.

Stays current on learning and development trends to increase effectiveness of programs and retention of knowledge.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
Expert in learning facilitation across all modalities including group discussion, live classroom, and virtual classroom training.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment on cross functional projects that dive measurable and sustained business impact.

Ability to learn quickly and retain information on a continual basis.

Superior relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and partner well with others in order to build strong and trusting relationships.

Proven ability to communicate ideas and insights in person, virtually, and in writing, succinctly and with impact, understanding what is relevant vs. what is “noise” to the audience.

Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills; must display a balanced, objective approach and sound judgment when recommending a course of action.

Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency.

Demonstrated effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong influencing skills when recommending and implementing solutions with business partners.

Understanding of adult learning

Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to facilitate and present to groups of varying sizes and skill level

Also want to make sure you have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience facilitating and presenting to groups of varying sizes and skill levels

Minimum of 4 years of experience as trainer/facilitator/public speaker

Related professional certification or designation is an asset
