Job Description

As Technical Program Manager, you’ll support developers to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth within the project team.  

You’ll be responsible for: 

Communicating program status to stakeholders and senior management.  

Planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the business goals and strategy. 

Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, and ensuring the team follows the best practices and processes.  

Working with the team to write user stories and acceptance criteria.   

Tracking and reporting on the progress, status, risks, and issues of the analytics projects and programs, and escalating them as needed.  

Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders and senior management, providing clear and concise updates, presentations, and recommendations.  

Managing the expectations and dependencies of the analytics projects and programs, and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.  

Building and maintaining strong relationships with the analytics team and other cross-functional teams. 

Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  

You can act as a liaison between developers and executive business stakeholders. 

You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.  

You can mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and as future leaders.
